Cheese and Wine Tasting Evenings

Dear customer, we are delighted to introduce to you the first in a series of cheese
and wine tasting evenings. It will be held in our cheese shop tucked away in a custom designed cellar on Dublin's upper Baggot St. A paradise for cheese lovers it is
not only for those who already know their cheeses but for those who wish to learn.

We will show how clever pairings can be heavenly and also share with you our passion and appreciation for good cheese and wine.Our cheese and wine pairings have been specially selected for their ripeness, seasonality and flavour.

You will be supplied with tasting notes for both Cheese and Wines selected,
as well as some creative recipes to add an extra dimension to any occasion.

The Matthews Cheese Cellar, Cheese and Wine Tasting Evening costs €23 per person. This includes a 20% discount on any cheeses purchased on the evening.
